Established in November 2020, NIBz has always aimed to bring the most diligently-selected cheese and meats into every box and board created, making it the gift that just keeps on giving! -ABOUT THE OWNER-
Cristian Villa Nieves is a recent Mammoth transplant from Anaheim, CA ☀️ along with his partner, Ryan Tanaka and their beloved furry goofball, RockO. Cristian’s relationship with food was defined early on through his passion in hosting get-togethers with his loved ones and indulging them through his fabulous culinary talent and beautifully curated charcuterie.
His ability to express himself through food and eagerness to put delicious food in people’s mouths is what drew him to creating NIBz. In his free time, Cristian enjoys exploring new eateries and trying new libations (his go-to is a Manhattan 🥃). If you see him around town, feel free to say hello, he has plenty of personality to go around!
